The Alchemist – ‘Trifle Cocktail’

A dessert and a drink all in one? Yes please.

This decadent creamy cocktail includes Discarded Cascara, Martini Fiero, red wine, Bristol Syrup Strawberry Shrub, white chocolate syrup and whipping cream.

The cream makes this cocktail not only delicious but also filling and its a great drink to pair with a few nibbles or after a light meal.

Titanic Hotel – ‘Holidays are Coming’

The ‘Holidays are Coming’ cocktail (£9) includes; Old J spiced, Curacao orange, apple juice, lime juice, cinnamon syrup, and orange bitters. We can only describe this festive drink as Christmas in a cup.

The drink is part of Titanic’s festive menu and is one of 8 drinks on the menu. Other choices include the ‘Cracker Candy’ (£9), ‘Miseltoe Kiss’ (£9) and ‘Christmas Negroni’ (£10).

Ask Italian – ‘Shimmer Berry Bellini’

Nothing says Christmas than some bubbly prosecco, so why not try pairing it with sour cherry and blackberry syrup.

If you’re not a fan of mulled wine this is a great alternative for the festive season.
